The hurricane of change is blowing All over the Nursing profession as we all know Nurses are the heart of care in the Health care sector.
It’s unarguably Nurses make 75% of the Nigeria Health sector if not the world at Large So, Going by the recent diminish placement of Nurses in the Nigeria Health institution, We (Nurses) have to look beyond being employed and Become an Employer.
It has been proven beyond reasonable doubt that Nurses spend 80% of their time with patient while other health providers in Nigeria spend 30% Making the Nurses supposed major stake holders in the health sector but, what we get in Nigeria is humiliation and broad day robbery and to crown it all The Nurses are bathed and slapped by either a Doctor, Patient relatives, Patient themselves or humiliated by the Nigeria government by uploading a resent video to wrongly Sensitize the public how they should see the Nigeria Nurses.

I call on the Nigeria Nurses to take up the mantle of becoming An Employer of Labour, creating jobs and fulfilled their dreams by setting up a facility of their own

From experiences it is Tectonic to know that an health care facility set up by Nurses achieve better outcomes and making the workplace and community safer than an Health care facility set up by other medical professionals.
Instead of Subjecting your self to a private clinic where an average Nigeria Nurses are paid N50,000 monthly and a minimum of N30,000 in some rejoins, we all can embrace this wind of change and use your license meaningfully.
It pains me to see Nurses, after retirement, they step low to set up a chemist shop That is what I call “it is FINISHED!!!”
With N500,000 you can become your own Boss by having your own Health care facility instead of working in a private hospital where you will be maltreated, abused, humiliated and thereafter be slapped when necessary.
Am eager to assist any Nurse wiling to take up this challenge by ensuring we proof this Nigeria Government that we can manage the health sector better than any one else!
Please let the Gospel of change in this profession be Sounded to all Nurses occupying the space of Nigeria to set up their facilities and be Happy!
I am A Nurse, I have an Hospital with A medical officers, lab scientist Nurses working in my facility.
All I do is wake anytime I feel like, go to the facility together with the Medical officers go on ward round and discuss my lovely patient condition it is very interesting how it is and the way it should be.
