College of Nursing Science Tambuwal has commenced selling of Admission Form Forboth General Nursing & Basic Midwifery for 2022/2023 academic session

Entry Requirement

Applicant must posses five credit at not more than two setting in the following subject English language, mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology from Neco or weac.

Method of Application

1. Visit the institution website at https://constambuwal.edu.ng and click on ‘online Application Portal” link under Student section or go directly to https://porital.constambuwal.edu.ng
2. Click on start New Application and read the application instruction carefully.
3. Create account by filling your basic information and click on Register. Copy of your application information would be sent to your Email Address.
4. Use Your USERNAME AND PASSWORD to login, then click on “Generate Invoice” and proceed with your Application.
5. On your invoice click on Pay using payarena link and select college of nursing science Tambuwal and enter your payment ID and email Address to make payment using debut card. Or you can print your invoice and take it to the POS located in the College Of Nursing SCIENCE TAMBUWAL CAMPUS.
6. After payment login again to the Portal confirm your payment upload passport update your bio-data, fill in your previous academic records and upload signature.
7. Print your application acknowledgement Slip and payment receipt for record purpose.
